Role – Marketing Executive – Racing & Events
Salary – £25,000+ dependant on experience
Location – Romsey, Hampshire
Contract – 1 Year Fixed Term contract (with potential for permanent role at end of first year)
Hours – Full Time, 40 Hours per week

With 2025 gearing up to be busier than ever, RS Sailing are looking to bolster its creative team with the addition of a Marketing Executive. Position Overview:
As Marketing Executive, you will be a hive of creativity with a real passion for all things sailing. Responsible for the Racing Sector of the RS Sailing brand, you will create content that showcases our racing classes and celebrates their events around the globe. Supporting our Sales Team, Class Associations and global partners, you will uphold RS’s passion for inspiring more people to participate in our incredible sport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the Race Marketing sector within the RS Sailing brand and uphold RS’s passion for inspiring more people to participate in our incredible sport.
• Create content that showcases our racing classes and celebrates their events around the globe across a range of platforms.
• Support the RS Sales Team in organising and delivering vibrant boat shows.
• Support our International Class Associations and Partnerships with marketing collateral, event support and sponsorship management.
Essential Skills:
• Good understanding of dinghy racing and the wider sailing community.
• Great interpersonal skills, hardworking and happy to get stuck in.
• Prior marketing experience is not essential, but a creative flair, impeccable attention to detail and strong copywriting skills are essential.
• Able to work away and travel for short periods.
Desirable Skills:
• Marketing or design experience
• Prior experience using Canva and/or Adobe
• Photography or videography experience
