CHARTER BOATS
We have a limited number of charter boats available from our incredible network of Distributors and Dealers for RS Miami Fest 2025. Please book early to avoid any disappointment. If you have any questions before booking, please do not hesitate to contact the RS Team, who will be happy to help.

Booking a charter boat
Charter boats need to be booked at the point of entry, so once you’re happy to proceed, please select your class on the Official Event website under the ‘Enter Here‘ heading and click the tick box on the first tab of the registration system – ‘Charter Boat Required’.

- RS Aero – $900
- RS Feva – $950
- RS Tera – $300
- RS21 – $2,500
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirming your charter and receipt of payment.
Damage deposit and charter agreement
One month before your charter, you will receive an email detailing when your boat will be available and all other relevant information. This email will also prompt you to log into your account to verify your damage deposit payment. No money will be taken from your card at this stage.
Collection
Once you arrive at the event, please head to the RS team, where we will allocate your charter boat. You can inspect your charter boat, and any present damage will be logged in your charter agreement before you sign the acceptance of the boat.
During the event
Please report any damage, however small, so that we can work with you to get the boat ready for the next day of racing and ensure that the damage will not get any worse!
Return Policy
Please return your charter boat as per the returns policy. This will make the whole process smoother! An RS representative will inspect your boat and note any damage. You will then esign the returns section of the charter agreement.
Damage
If there has been damage, we will assess the cost of repair and deduct the amount from your damage deposit.
- Minor damage – £50
- Medium damage – £150
- Major damage – up to £500
If there has been medium or major damage, the RS representative will complete a damage log, you will also receive a copy.
Return confirmation
You will then receive an email to confirm that your damage deposit has been returned. Alternatively, if there has been damage, you will receive an invoice for the damage, and the rest of your deposit will be returned.
