Every four years, our global RS community comes together for something truly extraordinary: the RS Games – a high-energy, multi-class regatta that captures everything RS Sailing stands for. From world-class racing to unforgettable socials, the RS Games is a vibrant celebration of our spirit, innovation, and commitment to inclusivity.

The RS Games 2026 will take place 16th-26th July in the stunning coastal town of Travemünde, Germany, perfectly timed to coincide with the legendary Travemünder Woche – one of Northern Europe’s largest and most iconic sailing festivals. With a spectacular setting, a buzzing festival atmosphere, and some of the best sailing conditions in Europe, this promises to be our biggest and boldest RS Games yet. (The last RS Games, in 2022, attracted 1037 competitors, making it the largest dinghy regatta of the year from a single manufacturer).
11 Days, 12 Classes, 3 Massive RS Parties!
This is more than just a regatta – it’s an RS experience. From youth sailors to keelboat crews, seasoned Masters to those new to racing, the 2026 RS Games will showcase the full spectrum of RS sailors. Each class will enjoy at least four action-packed days of racing, plus access to a lively social calendar including class prizegivings, exclusive opening and closing ceremonies, and three legendary RS Games parties.
Racing Schedule
The schedule is designed with flexibility in mind – perfect for families and multi-class sailors. For example, a youth sailor can compete in the RS Tera World Championships during the first four days, and then jump straight into the RS Feva World Championships. RS500 sailors can compete in their Championships and then double-up with friends and charter an RS21 for the RS21 EuroCup.

Travemünder Woche organiser advise that accommodation will fill quickly – don’t wait to secure your spot:

- Campervan options: Local campsites will have availability, and the official Travemünder Woche camper booking portal will open at the end of January.
