Click-and-collect
No one likes paying for postage, especially when it’s trying to post the uniquely wonderful-sized packages that seem to be common with sailing parts. That’s why we offer free click-and-collect to regattas where we’re giving regatta support. Make sure your order is in a week before the regatta and the RS Team will safely package it up and deliver it to the regatta free of charge.
If you’re heading up to the RS Aero National Championship that event will be supported by our Scottish Dealer, SailingFast. So if you’re looking to use click-&-collect at that event, please ensure you place your order through them, using this link – sailingfast.co.uk

Keep you racing
The RS Sailing Team’s purpose is to keep you guys on the water and racing. Ripped kite? We’ve got you. Snapped tiller extension? Whomp, there’s a new one in your hand. A new hole in the side of your RS Aero? We’ve got some emergency vinyl for that. If you rock up to the day of the event with a known ongoing problem, we won’t necessarily have the time or the tools to sort it and we’d hate to not be able to help to the best of our abilities! Please try to sort out any prior issues you have with your boats well before the event; visit our Customer Care portal for tips if you’re unsure how to tackle the problem, or please don’t hesitate to give us a call at 01794 526760.
Limited Spares
As much as we’d like to pack up the entire RS Sailing Store and bring it to every event, it’s not physically possible! We will bring a number of limited spares and practical chandlery to get you bimbling, but please don’t expect the entire RS Sailing Store catalogue with us. If you’re looking for something more bespoke or niche for that epic bimble you’ve been dreaming about, please order it before the event from RS HQ.
