The RS21 UK & Ireland Class Association has officially confirmed its full racing calendar for the 2026 season, a five-part series in prestigious yacht clubs around the country, culminating in the Nationals in the heart of the action at Torquay Royal Regatta. Furthermore, home waters have been confirmed as the host for the 2027 RS21 World Championships, inviting international sailors from all around the world to race d in Weymouth, UK.
2026 UK & Ireland Cup
The UK & Ireland Cup spans five major events from April to August, hosted by some of the most prestigious clubs and regattas in the region:
- Round 1: 10th – 12th April 2026 – Royal Lymington Yacht Club – More Info
- Round 2: 8th – 10th May 2026 – Royal Southern Yacht Club – More Info
- Round 3: 19th – 21st June 2026 – Hayling Island Sailing Club – More Info
- Round 4: 1st – 3rd August 2026 – Cowes Week – More Info
- Round 5: 22nd – 25th August 2026 – Royal Torbay Yacht Club – This will also be the UK & Ireland Nationals as well as the Torquay Royal Regatta – More Info

The 2026 calendar is not only a great campaign, but also an ideal platform for teams training and building towards the next major milestone in one-design racing. Knowing that the 2027 World Championship will be hosted here in the UK is a tremendous honour for the class, and for our sailors it represents an inspiring target to work towards as athletes who just love to compete in their sport.”

- 14th – 15th November 2026 – End of Seasons at Rutland
Charter Boats Available
For sailors eager to join the action but without access to their own RS21, charter boats will be available. RS Sailing is supporting the UK fleet with charter boats travelling around the circuit. Interested sailors are encouraged to contact the Class Association early to secure a boat.

International
Lots of exciting things are happening across Europe too, including the return of the RS Games 2026 in Germany, which will be the RS21 European Championship.
