Pourquoi changer une formule qui gagne ? Le RS CAT 14 est un condensé des qualités de son grand-frère, le RS CAT 16, lancé en 2014. Le RS CAT 14 conviendra à un équipage de juniors mais également à des adultes. Fun, facile, robuste, ergonomique, très bien construit, le second catamaran de RS Sailing est clairement une réussite. Idéal pour naviguer sans contrainte.
Pour moi, le RS CAT 14 est bien plus que le petit-frère du Cat 16. C’est un petit catamaran capable de beaucoup de choses, comme la navigation en solitaire sous spi asymétrique, ou un programme familial avec la possibilité de naviguer à deux adultes sans problème et un enfant. La construction en rotomoulé a été soignée, ainsi que le volume des coques. Rien à voir avec les catamarans de plage que l’on a l’habitude de voir !
