RS Sailing would like to introduce the development of their latest sailboat, the RS Quest. Designed by RS Sailing and Jo Richards, the RS Quest is a 14’ 1” dinghy developed in conjunction with Sea Cadets.
Since the first production boats were delivered in July, the RS Aero Class has quickly gathered momentum and a full schedule through 2015 is planned.
During Breizh Skiff event in La Ciotat (Cote d’Azur, France) the setup of the French National Class is completed. This will bring more activity and strength in the French RS500 scene as well as in the Southern part of Europe incl. Italy and Spain.
With 5 countries well represented in the 51 boat World Championship and 4 counties in the top 7 places the RS500 continues to go from strength to strength internationally.
It was very international group competing in the RS400 Eurocup this year including our friends from Canada and Australia. A fantastic week, with varied racing conditions and plenty of lively socials in beautiful Riva del Garda.
Sailors from as far afield as Australia, Switzerland, France, Ireland, Wales and England joined the local Italians for an event to rival the RS100 Cowes week which has some even older entries.
