Location: Based at our Romsey headquarters, with frequent travel across the UK.
Job Description: Are you an energetic and enthusiastic individual passionate about sailing and being on the water? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the RS Sales Team at the world’s largest dinghy manufacturer. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to build on our current success and help us expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our award-winning range of sailboats.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial sailing centres, sailing clubs, and other institutions.
- Represent RS Marine Group at events, sailing venues, and trade shows.
- Facilitate supply of RS dinghies, ensuring specifications meet client requirements.
- Create and manage sales opportunities and industry presence.
Requirements:
- Highly self-motivated with an eye for detail and excellent presentation skills.
- Pro-active, energetic, and adapt at building industry contacts.
- Flexibility to travel frequently and work weekends.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
Desirable
- Keen dinghy sailor with a comprehensive understanding of sailing, leisure, racing, and training.
- Qualified Sailing Instructor or dedicated sailing experience as racer.
- Trained in business management, marketing or sales.
