- US $800,000 for MNA support over the next 2 Olympic cycles
- Awarded for: RS Aero boat/equipment purchase – charter fees – training camps & travel
Grant allocation administered by a specialist committee
- 2 x members of Development & Regions committee (tbc)

- RS Sailing Rep
Grants awarded Quarterly
- US $25,000 per quarter
Charter boat sales
- Emerging nations to be given priority opportunity to purchase charter boats
- Favourable pricing / equipment cost reduction
Coaches training – in regions
- Specialised training for coaches on RS Aero equipment and technique
- Courses to be run in each relevant world region
- Delivered by expert RS Aero coaches
- Low cost – to cover RS Aero coach travel & accomodation only
- Other costs paid by RS Sailing & RS Aero Class Association
- Mentor program – remote coaches allocated ongoing support contact at RS Aero Association
Sailor Coaching – in regions
- Specalised training on RS Aero equipment and technique
- Courses run in all world regions
- Delivered by experienced RS Aero coaches
- Low cost –travel & accommodation only
- Other costs paid by RS Sailing & RS Aero Class Association
Charter boat provision at Coaching Events
- Minimise cost and footprint of participation for coaches and sailors
- Charter boats for sale to local MNA / sailors following these events
Charter Boat Availability at Major Racing Events
- First option for sailors from emerging nations
- Opportunity to start racing and learning alongside other top sailors
- Events to be defined by WS & RS Aero Class
