Southampton International Boat Show is a firm favourite in our events calendar each year. With waterfront views, 169m2 of magenta astroturf, box fresh RS boats, wall-to-wall sunshine and the friendly RS Team on hand to answer all your questions – it’s always a fantastic way to wrap up our epic summer of events!
The show this year runs from 15-24 September 2023 and promises to be the biggest one yet. We will be in our usual spot along the waterfront in Mayflower Park on stand E045. With a fantastic selection of boats on display from the RS Sailing range, there’s something for everyone on the RS stand at Southampton Boat Show, from the RS Tera to the RS21. The RS Sales Team, led by Steve Wilson, are on hand to let you know about our exclusive show offers on new boat packages, as well as a selection of used boats we have in stock at RS HQ.
It’s not just about new boats! We are really excited that the RS Sailing Store will be joining us with a pop-up shop, with a reel of our most popular ropes, your favourite RS goodies and the Winter Pre-Order Offer to make the most of. We’re proud of our Customer Care Team here at RS. Ensuring our customer’s love of products is incredibly important to us, and because of that, there’s always a member of the Customer Care Team on the stand each day that can help with any questions you may have.
We will be overlooking the marina and the ‘Try Sailing’ sessions run by Rockley Watersports. They’ll have RS Zests, RS Quests, the RS Toura and an RS CAT16 on hand for you to have a go. Sign up early to avoid disappointment!
We’ve signed the Southampton Boat Show Environmental Pledge, as we do every year, and it’s brilliant to see British Marine invest more and more into sustainability each show. From the RS Boat Show team, we have nominated Jake Elsbury as our ‘Sustainability Champion’ on the RS stand. He will relish the opportunity to hold the RS Team accountable and tell anyone who listens that he jumps on a Voy electric scooter to commute to the show daily. We’re proud of all our efforts to minimise our impact at the show. From reusing our astroturf, stand infrastructure, banners, furniture, plants, using reusable bottles, biodegradable cups, lift sharing, bringing in packed lunches from home, and so much more!
