It is just a few days until the 2019 Rooster RS Summer Regatta which is set to be a whopper!
Lymington Town Sailing Club will be hosting the annual event which will be incorporating the RS500 UK Nationals, the RS400 Southern Championships 2019 and RS legend Heather’s Leaving Do!
The RS100, RS300, RS400, RS500, RS600, RS700 and RS800 classes are also invited to join in this summer sailing festival. Head to the RS Class Association website to view all the event documents and to enter. Last minute entry is still available, it is £38 for Single Handers and £48 for Double Handers.
With up to 120 spots available for entry it is tipped to be an awesome event on the water with plenty action on shore too. RS Sailings very own George Purchon will be drumming the night away with an epic set on Saturday night as we celebrate Heather’s time with the RS classes.
Lymington Town Sailing Club is located on the South Coast the shores of the Western Solent. With plenty of tide and often big sea states, the breeze forecasted for the weekend promises some great challenging conditions.
