Anticipation builds for the 3rd Helly Hansen NOOD Regatta of the 2019 season, as the plucky six pack has made the 566 mile journey from Charleston to Annapolis, USA.
The Annapolis sailing season opener is taking place from May 3-5 and it is being hosted by Annapolis Yacht Club. With a brand new sailing center to host teams, Annapolis Yacht Club prepares for the imminent arrival of NOOD sailors and supporters.
With an events schedule brimming with racing and socials and a fair forecast predicted for the weekend ahead the Helly Hansen Annapolis NOOD Regatta is set to be epic.
Entering the RS21 line up for the weekend we have skippers; Paul Van Cleve, Josh Toso, Dan Shanahan, Ben Chafee, Carson Turowski and Sean Wilson.
The RS21 charters have been booked through the RS Sailing website and RS are excited to introduce the sailors racing in the next NOOD regatta. The teams will be greeted on Thursday afternoon by the Sail22 team for some light training and familiarization with the RS21s, before entering in three days of tight racing. For the teams there is no trailering, no rigging or set up, they can simply rock up and race.
Charter boats are now available to book for Chicago NOOD Regatta, June 7-9 via the RS Sailing Store website.
Thanks to Spinlock, Racegeek and Sail22 for their continued support!
